On-Site Options for a Relaxing River Experience:

Dockage
One dock slip is provided for your boat with one cottage rental.  Public (free) Boat launch facilities are available nearby, just 1000 ft. up the road at the Town launch.

Fishing
Everyone is welcome to fish from the docks – bring your own gear and NYS fishing license.   A fish cleaning station is available for any keepers!  Young children under 14 must wear a life preserver while on the docks or in boats.  We of course recommend everyone wear a life preserver.

Grilling
Each cottage is equipped with an outdoor propane barbeque grill.

Boats 
Don't have your own boat?  No worries!  We offer a 14′  aluminum non-powered row boat for you to use (free of charge; bring your own motor 10-25HP only-we do not supply motors).
